This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment. Job responsibilities

In the role of Customer Service Specialist, you will have varied tasks that vary in complexity and character. The focus of the position is on administrative tasks within back office. You will work with tasks such as registering agreements, paying supplier invoices, handling incoming mail, invoice scanning, producing reports, and financial calculations. The work involves a high degree of accuracy and structure, while also giving you the opportunity to develop your skills in several areas.

Your work also includes responding to incoming inquiries from corporate customers and resellers in both Sweden and Norway via phone and email. These may include invoice questions, address changes, cancellations, or agreements. As part of a flexible and customer-oriented team, you play an important role in ensuring efficient processes and high quality in customer support and administrative work.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed secondary education

• Previous experience in customer service and administration, experience in the banking and finance sector is an advantage

• Good computer and system skills, with basic knowledge of Excel

• You express yourself well in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English

• Experience in financial administration, contract management, and/or leasing administration is advantageous

• Experience in invoice management is a plus

To succeed in the role of Customer Service Specialist, you take great ownership of your tasks, ensure that the execution is good, and make sure that everything is completed on time. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and always puts the customer first. You also need to be quick-witted, have logical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills. You work closely with your team where you support each other, so it is important that you find it easy to collaborate and have a natural attitude towards helping your colleagues. Finally, you should be structured and enjoy working methodically, regardless of workload.
